What about health insurance coverage for employees of McKinsey in the Middle East/Saudi Arabia? Can they access US or European healthcare with their McKinsey health insurance?

You could ask your recruiter, but my experience is that McKinsey, Bain, and BCG have good medical benefits. Unless the answer would change your decision about taking a job with the firm, benefits are best discussed after you have an offer in hand.
